    I just love your stories and pictures, both foreign and familiar, seen from the “Old Europe”. The above picture for example, could have been taken on the island in Brittany where I go back every year for holidays - Belle Ile - http://www.belle-ile.com/france/cadrefr.htm. I am coming here often, I had a look at the maps to see where you are exactly, I am traveling each time I open this window. Thank you!

    Gracianne, thank you so much! I will be posting many more photos that show off this beautiful island, so stay tuned! The website for Belle Ile has so many glimpses of that place — so gorgeous, but all the photos are so small! But, you know what? I did a Google image search, and look! Tons of Belle Ile photos!
