Amy, Tricia, Paz, thanks!

I didn't get any good spider pictures this time, but the spiders I saw looked quite plump and happy. I imagine those dusk clouds of gnats in the meadow have something to do with that!

Hey, Michelle -- thanks! I'd love to see your Autumn in Eugene pics. I'm rather fond of spiders myself -- or at least I was till I heard about brown recluse spiders. Before then, I thought all the ones we had here were completely harmless!

Yay, Amy, and thanks! (I should probably point out here too, that the site's syndicated on Live Journal, here. It's not a full feed though, so folks still gotta visit. :-))

Oh, man, I suddenly remember my fist hickey. Thanks a LOT, cookiecrumb! :-P You know, it really isn't overcast that much here. But then we're in the driest part of the island, and probably drier than all of Whidbey. Hmmm... no wonder my tomato plants all died.

My mom was so depressed by the constant overcast when we lived on Whidbey Island. I was, fortunately, too young to be affected (and way too preoccupied with "what is a hickey?"). But your pics make it look lovely and liveable.

Gorgeous photos, Mrs. D!
I just took some this morning because there were all these leaves suspended in the air from webs around campus. Spiders are fascinating...unless they're crawling around anywhere near me inside my home!
