My mother used to say "Sure, I could cook like he does if I wanted to use <i>every pan in the kitchen!</i>" I'll post an after-the-storm pic one of these days, you'll see. Second, I'm blown away by the idea of being mentioned in the same breath with Dave and the whole Belly-Timber operation. It's so professional and I'm such an amateur. It's so polished and mine's so slapdash. Your phototgraphy is...ok, maybe what I mean to say is just a paraphrase of the great Wayne Campbell and his sidekick Garth: "I'm not worthy! I'm not worthy!"
