Galaxy Quest has become my most quoted flick.
<i>"I played Richard III. There were five curtain calls..."</i>

B'gina: Now that's a great cure story to take to the pub! :-)

Pint of stout, or at least dark beer, is a nutritional food. I had this horrible stomach flu years ago. One sip, ONE SIP, on anything liquid, and it was a mad sprint to the john. After a week, I was so dehydrated that the big muscles in my thighs and back were going into spasm. My doc told me to drink dark beer, sipped slowly. The alchohol would calm the intestinal reaction and dark been does have nutritional value. It worked! And I was one happy chickie. I was almost, almost, disappointed when I was cured.

And, I've got your tag, so, I'm on it!

Mm. Pint of stout = wet graham crackers for grown-ups.
(Mrs D and Kalyn: go see my cheesy homage.)
Mrs D (er, well, Chopper, actually): I was too shy to include Iron Chef in my list. So, bravo to you.
Also: Galaxy Quest!!! Snrrrk! tha best. (Cranky is a Rock Monster.)

Oh geez, tell me about it, Kalyn. I swear, I sat here agonizing over silly things like which four movies to list.

I may sneak another cheesey reference into a post tomorrow. We'll see. :-)

Barbara: and for me, not so much scotch, but dark beer. Pint of Stout = good meal.

Very fun. You were much more clever at sneaking in the cheese sandwiches than I was, but then maybe I'm just a bit more mad?

Have you noticed how much you like to read other people's memes but hate to write your own? At least that's how I feel a lot of the time.
