Midweek Woof

puppy in the garden

Shhh. I may look like I’m just lazing about in the garden with the daffodils, but actually, I’m on duty. Mommy’s not feeling well so I’m guarding the blog until she returns. (Feline enemies, beware! I know your hiding places. Well, most of them, anyway.)

I went north the other day and there’s scotch broom blooming, ick! Might as well have been sick. But at least that goes away when I leave Seattle. I send you huge chocolate-coated get better hugs.

And a get better hello from France Mrs D. Here the daffodils are not blooming yet.

  7. mrs D Says:

    Thanks everyone!

I’ve been fighting off an extraordinarily annoying ear thing for a while now and this week it was bad enough that I admitted its badness and splurged on a short visit to the doctor. Lots o’ pain pills and antihistamines, oh joy! Perfect timing for spring allergy season. :-)

(And now I’m off to the store to acquire chocolate. Mmmmmm. Chocolate. Glrglrglrgrlggg…)

Aw, rats. (I hear “no health insurance”; I’m so sorry!)
    Hope the potions help.
    xx

  9. mrs D Says:

    CC: yup, got that right.

    Potions, good. Dark chocolate, better.

That’s a very cute picture. I love your dog’s romantic looks!

    Get better soon!

  11. mrs D Says:

Thanks, Rosa! I’m feeling a bit better, but this ear thing is probably going to last through allergy season - ugh! At least I know how to manage it now. (Next chore, learn how to manage my time better so I can post more often!)
