Is it “great” or a “novel” if it’s just a long list of complaints?

“Day # … oh, god, i’ve lost count! I don’t have the will to LIVE any longer! My captors refuse to serve fresh, living prey to me, they torment me with the Disgusting Little Rat Creature that apparently i am not allowed to eat, and my initial attempts at creating mechanical opposable thumbs failed miserably. And now here comes that wretched woman wanting to ’snuggle’ me again. Tonight while she’s asleep i shall desposit the contents of my stomach on her cream carpeting.”

Chris: hahaha! Go Eleanor! And here, I thought she was writing the Great American Novel. (You know, I have kitty pictures of her around here somewhere... and of Edward. :-)) The paper was quite destroyed, Clare. I think she ate a good half of it. (Helps when it's covered with Catnip in a Bottle!)
