Yes, I neglected to mention -- you eat the whole thing!  The nopales were tasty; they added a little sweetness to the dish, and they worked great as a wrapper.  They weren&#039;t quite tender enough to cut through with a fork, but that&#039;s what hands are for! :-)</description>
