In honor of the World Cup and of the new documentary Once in a Lifetime — about the rise of the New York Cosmos in the 1970s — here’s Rita tackling a few players during Soccerbowl ‘77. I think Pelé might be somewhere under her paw.

I wish my dogs were as cute as your cats – course, if my dogs did that, they’d knock over the whole TV! Hope you and Chopper had a great weekend!

Hah, Michelle, our pooch too! Rita (long gone now) was a small, cute but Very Annoying kitty. She used to suck her paws. All. The. Time. I’m not sure if anyone should wish for that!

We're baaaaack!

We're not quite sure how it happened, but Belly Timber took a year-long hiatus. Yes, it was agony. The cats sought their revenge by clawing our rugs and peeing in our shoes. Sometimes, we went days without cooking and our kitchen appeared frighteningly clean. Shameful, shameful indeed.
