Then the phone company said they fixed it. It worked. Then, it stopped working. We waited another three days. We realized the phone had somehow gotten unplugged. Duh. At least it wasn't YOUR fault! And yeah, lesson learned on SQL databasees. This is the first time the hosting service has actually <i>lost</i> data; I hope it'll be the last, but I will <i>attempt</i> to establish my own backup schedule, just in case. CC: you wound me!
