    Miz D,
    I made chicken stock on Monday. Started with a full 20 qt stock pot and ended up with 6 quarts of dark brown jelly. Yum!

    I have a whole turkey in the freezer. Pastured, organic, raised a few miles from here…forty pounds. WTF?
